MotusAcademy Spearheads Educational Initiatives at IFNRCON 2024

PONDICHERRY, INDIA, 19 April 2024 – MotusAcademy, a pioneer in providing education and driving collaboration in the rehabilitation technology industry, recently attended IFNRCON 2024. Themed “Reshaping Neurorehab through Technology Running”, the conference has successfully organised 12 editions, with the recent one held at the esteemed JIPMER Pondicherry campus.
Founded 2022 in Zurich, Switzerland, MotusAcademy has rapidly become an education leader in rehabilitation technology, standing out with its unique approach and expertise. The organisation continues its mission to educate and promote meaningful collaborations between industry players to transform healthcare technology.
Throughout the three-day event, IFNRCON featured a series of workshops covering multiple spectrums of rehabilitation. The PAnel of Clinical Experts (PACER) was invited to speak at the Robotics Workshop, and MotusAcademy shared insightful knowledge regarding robotic rehabilitation. Titled “Exoskeletons and the Future of Gait Training in Stroke”, PACER representative, Chloe Lim took the opportunity to share the latest trends and technologies within the industry.

With a combination of expert and industry partnerships, we aim to facilitate knowledge-sharing, create new research opportunities, and drive industry growth,” said Zen Koh, Co-Founder & Executive Director of MotusAcademy
He added, “Combining our expertise can bridge the gap between clinical applications and patient acceptance, but to achieve this, we must first empower industry professionals through exposure. Our continuous efforts to provide education and learning opportunities will allow them to gain the knowledge needed and allow for accelerated and widespread adoption of these technologies.”
As a nonprofit, MotusAcademy is not just advancing scientific knowledge and fostering collaboration; it is reshaping the rehabilitation technology industry.
